Hangzhou Hodin Deocration Materials Co., Ltd is subject to the Zhejiang Haoding Incorporation, which is a modern enterprise group engaged in producing and dealing in decoration panel, veneer, door skin and craft furniture. It was founded in 1994, and the headquarters is set in Hangzhou. Haoding Incorporation was formerly known as Hangzhou Dehua Decorating Material Co., Ltd, which specializes in the import and export trade of plywood, veneer, floor, panel and log, etc.

In August 1998, Haoding Incorporation set up Desheng Wooden Industrial Co. Ltd. in Deqing of Zhejiang Province, and set its foot in wood processing industry. Two years later, the company cooperated with Mr. Dong Caifu, a businessman from Taiwan, and set up Haoding Wood Industry Co., Ltd., which mainly produces middle and high grade wooden decorating material. They also invested over 5 million RMB in development of new products like dyed veneer and engineered veneer. Thus an incorporated operation pattern comes into being integrating scientific research, industry and trade.

Zhejiang Haoding Incorporation stresses on brand and management. Its objective is to operate the business continuously and create a centennial Haoding. Its business scope covers panel, plywood, veneer, door skin, flooring, and wood process. The factory department has got the throughput of 9 million square meters high standard thick veneer, 4 million square meters of thick panel and 60 thousand square meters of door skin. Its veneer products include EP (dyed veneer) series, cherry wood, maple, bird's eye, teak, red wood, black wood, rosewood, various walnut, totally nearly one hundred varieties.

In 2003, "Sen Lu" brand was certified as "Zhejiang Well-known brand", and panel of "Sen Lu" brand was recognized as "Famous brand product in Zhejiang". Haoding Incorporation has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environment management system, and has got the certification of China Environment Label. The sales network of Haoding Incorporation spreads throughout the whole country. 35% of its products are exported to European and American countries.
