| Product description or other requirements: | A Specialty 6118B UF Resin Powder could reach the E0, E1 International standard of free formaldehyde contents. It also can meet the standard of JAS Dip Peel Test. This product has excellent adhesive strength. It's the ideal adhesives for bamboo, Chinese oak, ash, oak and the other kind of high density wood. 6118B could completely disperse in water and keep a longer activity life. It is just for your reference. Due to the differences of drying condition, equipment, labor management, production environment, and wood species, the product must be tested and determine the actual mixture ratio before application. C. Using Method 1. Pretreatment of the be glued material. (1) The moisture content must be adjust to 10?% (2) The surface of the product must be polished or sanded. The thickness tolerance should be under 0.1mm. 2. The blending of the Adhesives (1) Mature Ratio: UF Resin Powder: Water = 1: ≤ 0.5 (2) Blending Method: Fill the containers with 2/3 water of the total capacity, and then add the UF Resin Powder Host Additive, Modifier and Hardener in turn. Stir the solution by the frequency of 50-150 RPM. After been completely mixed, pour the rest 1/3 water in. Stir for 3-5 minutes, until the solution is completely mixed together again. (3) The solution could keep activity for 4-8 hours. 3. Please seal the package immediately once the pack of UF powder has bee opened to avoid moisture. 3. Avoid contact with eye. Once splashed into eyes, flush out with plenty of clean water.
