| Product description or other requirements: | Reaches E0, E1 international standard for formaldehyde contents Meets JAS dip peel test standards Applicable to bamboo flooring, bamboo artificial boards, decorative boards, plywood, and assembly of solid wood furniture Color: white Appearance: free-flowing powder Components: host additive, modifier, and hardener Residue moisture: ≤2.0% Stacking density: 500 to 550g/L pH value: 7.0 Activity life (after mixing the host crystal and modifier together): 4/8hrs Above data is theoretical number or lab test number, which is only a reference during customer’s use Every customer have to test the mixture percentage before put glue into use due to different produce conditions (such as dry process, machinery, management, produce surrounding, and wood species) Usage methods: Pretreatment for gluing wood material: Moisture content reach to 10 + 2% Wood surface must be flat and smooth, thickness tolerance ＜0.1mm Mixture of glue: Mixture ratio (weight): UF powder: water =1: ≤0.5 Mixture method: Put 2/3 of the total needed water into mixer Put base, modifier and hardener of UF powder Switch on the mixer with speed of 50 to 150 rotations/minute till to being completely dissolved Then put the remained 1/3 water in mixer and churn about 3 to 5minutes till to being completely dissolved Active period of mixed glue is 4 to 8 hours Gluing and heating operation condition Wood species: coniferous wood and broad-leaved wood Temperature: 100 to 110˚C Gluing quantity (2 sides): 200 to 260/200 to 270g/m2 Pressure: 0.8 to 1.0/1.0 to 1.3MPa Press time: 5 to 8/8 to 10 minutes After pressure relief, the glued board could be used on second day In winter, board must be maintained at least 6 hours under temperature above 20˚C before put into process |
