For the past twenty years we have been regularly exporting our products to USA, Middle East, Japan and Europe. We have our own lumberyard, an in-house saw mill, 2 Ascu Hickson Seasoning plants, and a fully equipped workshop with the latest wood working machinery and a fully mechanized Lacquer polishing unit. These facilities enable us to execute any order within the stipulated delivery time ensuring the highest standards of Quality. Our Carpenters and Carving artists are well experienced to fabricate superb furniture with an excellent finish.

The sizes for the furniture and doors will be taken from Kiln dried (KD) timber of moisture content 6% - 8%. The process adopted is ASCU Hickson Convection method. The kiln equipment used and kiln schedules followed are as per USDA (United States Department of Agriculture. The products shall be made as per ISO 9001-2000 quality system and involves a three stage quality checking process. The finishing work of the items will be done in our fully mechanized dust free Lacquer polishing unit.

The timber used shall be of the very best quality and free from any sap, knots and pinholes. Your company or authorized representative can inspect the products as well as the timber at any stage of production.
