Bio architecture ecological wood houses. We produce residential (private houses, twin houses etc.) and public buildings (schools, offices, restaurants, club houses, sport centers), garden houses (bungalow, chalet, play houses for children, summer houses, garage) and constructional elements (coverings, porticos, roof timbers etc.).
Our product varies from Balloon Frame system (different solutions for external finish, dimensions and thickness) to Blockhouse system (offer from brick mm 30/44, half beam mm. 90/130 and round beams mm. 150/200).
Our constructions have specific characteristics, such as:
- Bio-architecture, use of natural materials.
- Heat insulation, high quality heat and sound insulation, and consumption reduced by more than 40% in comparison with a brick construction.
- Terms of execution, execution of the product finished 搕urn key?in short terms (sq.m. per day about 5/7)
- Individuality of the project, execution of the product according to personal needs of the Client.
- Anti seismic constructions, proper characteristic of the construction.
Our constructions perfectly meet the most recent norms of energy saving (Climate Home) and of the use of ecological materials.
All the constructions are projected and verified with the help of special computer systems for wood constructions, with seismic verifications and solicitations (Mi Tek, Wood Engineering).
Our manufacturing system is very flexible. For that reason, it can be used for almost any size constructions, as well as for single houses as for public buildings. Our prerogative is the speed of montage, what is so important for temporary maintenance buildings or tourist villages.
