Berneck is a company which acts in the processed wood segment. Its activities began in 1952 and today the company has become a synonym of quality and reliability. Berneck has over 40 years of export history, experience in foreign markets and client satisfaction.

Today, Berneck has more than 1.400 employees, 120.000 m2 of constructed area, and has a production capacity of more than 1.200.000 m3/year of various wood products. We own more than 58.000 hectares of Pine plantation areas in the south of Brazil and 4.000 hectars of Teak plantations in the state of Mato Grosso. Our production facilities are specialized in the production of Particleboard, HDF and MDF, Sawn Pine Lumber and Teak products.

ROUGH SAWN

With a production capacity of over 200.000 m3/year Berneck磗 sawmill has high productivity and top technology imported from Canada and Germany. The production line includes tridimensional optic scanners that visualize each log digitally with high definition for a superior cutting plan, band saw for better recovery and precision, guided gang edger, high precision kilns along with other high technology equipments.

All our sawn lumber is dried and heat treated in kilns to avoid the dissemination of pests. We have obtained the KD-HT "Kiln Dried ?Heat Treated".

BERTeak Brazil
Description

Teak (Tectona grandis) is a native essence from the tropical forests of Southeast Asia. Berneck has been planting this hardwood with excellent results in its reforestation areas in the state of Mato Grosso. After many years of careful cultivation and selection, BERTeak Brazil is being commercialized with great success in the national and international markets.

Berneck produces Teak EGP, Rough Sawn and S4S.
