Our companies represents a cluster group of farmers and we are mainly
moving/exporting only the farmers produces. We purchase beans from other
farmers when we need to upkeep our stock level otherwise the company
supplies are direct from the farmers. Becauses our company represents the
farming population in a village and outlying areas where the companies are
formed we have ALL grade beans available (grades A,B,C&D). Many importers
have requested for samples and after receiving the samples and are being
satisfied they only requested for Grade-A beans.

Many of our trial orders ranging from 13kg to 65kg were successfuful and
request for more quantities were made but many failed to import our other
grades (B,B&D). We are currently looking for an importer who can import all
our farmers produces. Because our companies are farmers based, we select all
the best beans in all the grades and the company rejects are sold locally to
buyers/exporters.

Our farmers have grown and matured 80% PLANIFOLIA and 20% Tahitensis. Our
farming area is one of the first district to cultivate Vanilla in Papua New
Guinea and ALL our vanilla beans are ORGANICALLY grown.

Our Farmers Beans Grading specifications and pricing are as follows:

Grade-A USD$260 (15.1cm and above)
Grade-B USD$150 (12.1cm to 15cm)
Grade-C USD$100 (10.1-12cm)
Grade-D USD$50 (10cm and below/splits/cuts/reddish and with blot/blemish)

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR GRADE-A PRICE IS HIGHER BECAUSE OF OUR QUALITY
PLANIFOLIA BEANS, THEY RICH UP TO 24CM PER BEAN AND THERE ARE MORE VANILIN
IN THEM.

WE CAN DROP THE GRADE-A PRICES AS LONG AS AN IMPORTER IS ABLE TO CONTRACT
THE PURCHASE/IMPORT ON A REGULARY BASIS.

SINCE WE ARE STARTING A TRIAL ORDER REQUEST CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR QUANTITY OF
UP TO 50KG. TRIAL ORDER CAN BE ONLY GRADE-A OR A MIX GRADE AT THE ABOVE
PRICING.

BRIEF COMPANY PROFILE:
Our company "D&L Vanilla Exporter Ltd" represents a cluster group of about
2,000 farmers, and we have formed the companies to assist the farmers in
moving their produce direct to the buyers thus elimination the middlemen.

We upkeep our company based farmers with training on a regular bases and to
date every member farmers is as experienced from their field to the final
processing/curing and grading.

The curing process is similar to as web description of curing process of
Madagascar except we sundry them for 4 hours a day, two hours on each side
when beans are wet, then 2hrs (1 hr each side) when beans are dried. After
every sundry we wrap them in a blanked and store them in a wooden box to
undergo the sweating process all night. Many of our specialist trainers are
from Fiji, Vanuatu and Locals who have sometimes visited Madagascar. Our
beans are organically produced and pollinations are done during daylight
hours. No chemicals are being used and no pollination during dark hours (no
flood-lights used).
