From June 1, 2005 Trapa has been offering all grades of Cedar products , both in dry and green. Customers will be able to buy from our regular stock of Industrial clears in both 1-3/4" and full sawn 2" Specialty sizes and custom orders are welcome including large timbers in Clear. Color sorting of most sizes, including Veneer Flitches is available. Products can be dried, dressed/manufactured to your specifications. Although Trapa抯 initial success focused in Japan, our sixth decade shipping quality softwoods has expanded worldwide to other important markets including the United States, China, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Thailand. TRAPA is a reliable source for hard to find items in Douglas Fir, Hemlock , Sitka Spruce, Yellow and Red Cedar in Industrials ( Clear and Shop ) and merchantable ( Construction) lumber Trapa抯 Canadian supply base has been supplemented with quality products from Western and Eastern Russia as well as Europe in Spruce and Pine.
Recently, the import of engineered wood products from China sees Trapa once again at the lead in global forest products marketing.
