In June, standing sales of timber in Finland saw significant price increases. The average price paid for spruce logs was EUR 77.8 per cubic meter, while pine logs fetched EUR 73.7 per cubic meter. Real prices experienced a slight dip of two percent compared to May, but they remained four to five percent higher than the average for the previous year.

Birch logs commanded an average price of EUR 60.7 per cubic meter, marking a four percent increase from May and an impressive 19 percent surge from the previous year's average.
