Pella acquires Weather Shield

Pella Corporation has acquired Weather Shield, a manufacturer of architectural wood and aluminum window and door solutions based in Medford, Wisconsin. According to Pella, the move brings together two industry leaders with complementary capabilities.

Weather Shield is known for its distinctive architectural design expertise and high-end product offerings, serving architects, builders and homeowners alike.
