Danish kitchen manufacturer Kvik is continuing its expansion in
Germany with the opening of a new studio in Cologne, scheduled
for 6 May 2026.
Located in the city centre on Hohenstaufenring, the showroom
will span approximately 160 square metres and present a broad
selection of the brand's offerings. Alongside kitchen systems,
the space will feature storage solutions, bathroom furniture,
wardrobe concepts and elements from the company's Living
Collection, including dining tables, chairs and wall shelving in
a Scandinavian design language.
The Cologne location will operate under a franchise model led by
Nick Jarmolinski, who brings more than a decade of industry
experience. A native of the city, Jarmolinski aims to establish
the brand within the local market, positioning it as a
competitive player in the regional kitchen segment.
The opening forms part of Kvik's wider strategy to strengthen
its footprint across Germany, following previous showroom
launches in Berlin. The company continues to expand its retail
network through franchise partnerships, targeting key urban
locations to increase accessibility and brand visibility.
By combining kitchen design with broader interior solutions, the
new studio reflects a growing trend towards integrated living
concepts, where kitchens are positioned as part of a cohesive
home environment rather than standalone functional spaces.
With the Cologne opening, Kvik reinforces its commitment to the
German market, focusing on local partnerships and showroom-led
retail to support continued growth.
