BELOIT, Wis. — June 8, 2026 — ABC Supply Interiors, Inc., formerly L&W Supply Corporation, a nationwide distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, has acquired the assets of Wallboard, Inc., a Butler, Wisconsin–based distributor of drywall, steel framing, insulation and related building materials.

The company says the acquisition expands ABC Supply Interiors’ presence in the Milwaukee metro area and strengthens its ability to support local contractors and builders.

Founded in 1983, Wallboard, Inc. has been a trusted resource for contractors throughout southeastern Wisconsin, operating from its location at 13111 W. Glendale Ave. The company will continue operating with its team of associates following the acquisition.

With the addition of the Butler location, ABC Supply Interiors now operates eight locations in Wisconsin, including two in the Milwaukee metro area.
