Synergy Dream offers ModEco Mobile - a mobile retort designed to produce charcoal directly where the feedstock is located. This allows waste to be processed on site, eliminating the need for transportation.
The retort operates in cycles consisting of feedstock loading, drying, pyrolysis, charcoal discharge and retort cooling. Up to 10 m?of feedstock can be loaded per cycle. Standard output is 1.5-1.8 tonnes of charcoal per cycle, while under favourable conditions it can reach up to 2 tonnes. The actual output depends on the wood species, density and moisture content, as well as the retort? filling level. Under standard operating conditions, monthly production is approximately 15-18 tonnes.
ModEco Mobile operates without being connected to the power grid. During the pyrolysis stage, the resulting pyrolysis gases are burned in the firebox, providing the heat required to sustain the process. The charcoal has a fixed carbon content of 82-90%, ensuring a high calorific value and efficient combustion.
The retort can process wood, wood waste, branches, wood chips and various types of nut shells. It is transported in a standard 40-foot Open Top container. The retort does not require a foundation - a stable and level surface is sufficient. |
